Specialist, child-centred care for young people who need a stable and nurturing home where they can feel safe, settled and supported to achieve positive outcomes.
WIN Care provides safe, nurturing residential care for children and young people who are unable to live with their families and who may have emotional, behavioural and additional complex needs. Each child is supported through an individualised care plan that reflects their needs, strengths, wishes, aspirations and personal circumstances.
Working closely with local authorities, education providers, health professionals, families and wider support networks, our team delivers child-centred, trauma-informed and relationship-based care designed to promote stability, emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive long-term outcomes.
Our aim is to provide more than a place to live, we create a structured, supportive home environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to achieve their potential.

Living spaces & accommodation
Six bedrooms across three floors
Our home has been carefully designed to provide a safe, welcoming and structured environment for up to four children and young people. Spacious bedrooms are complemented by comfortable communal living areas, a dedicated learning space, wellbeing and activity facilities, and outdoor space designed to support both recreation and personal development.
Each child has their own private bedroom, a space they can make their own, where they can rest, study and have time to themselves. The wider home is designed to balance privacy with positive shared experiences, helping children develop independence, confidence and a genuine sense of belonging.
Dedicated staff areas and thoughtfully planned spaces throughout the home allow our team to provide consistent, responsive support while maintaining a warm, homely atmosphere.

Calm space for regulation, reflection and one-to-one support.
A dedicated wellbeing and activity space incorporating a gym, games area, education space, contact centre, respite facilities, private meeting room and additional bathroom facilities.
A safe and secure outdoor space designed for recreation, exercise, relaxation and structured outdoor activities.
A dedicated staff office providing a professional space for care planning, handovers, record keeping and the coordination of consistent, high-quality support.
A dedicated cinema room offering a comfortable space for films, relaxation and shared leisure time in a calm, homely setting.
A safe and secure environment supported by comprehensive fire detection, emergency lighting, controlled access and appropriate CCTV systems, helping protect children, staff and the home at all times.
