Build your career. Make a difference.
At WIN Care Ltd, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people.
Who we're looking for
We are building a team of passionate, dependable and highly skilled professionals.
People who share our commitment to providing children and young people with safe, nurturing and supportive homes where they can feel valued, develop confidence and achieve their potential. Whether you are an experienced care professional, a specialist in your field, or looking to progress your career within residential childcare, we want WIN Care to be a place where talented people can develop, progress and build a long-term career.
Training & development
Investing in our people.
The quality of care we provide is directly connected to the quality of our team. Training and professional development will be at the heart of WIN Care.
From the moment you join us, we want you to have the knowledge, confidence and practical skills required to provide consistently high standards of care — supported through formal learning, practical training, mentoring, supervision and ongoing professional development.
Progression
Grow with WIN Care.
We don’t simply want to recruit people to fill positions — we want to develop a team that grows with us. As WIN Care expands, we intend to create genuine opportunities for our people to progress into senior and leadership positions.
We value people who bring ideas, experience and ambition and who want to play an active part in helping us continually improve the care we provide.
Current opportunities
We are recruiting.
As we establish and grow our children’s residential care services across North London, we are looking to connect with experienced professionals who share our values.
Leading and establishing our children’s home, building an outstanding culture, a strong staff team and high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance — with room to grow as WIN Care expands.
Providing strong oversight, governance and leadership, working closely with our management team as WIN Care develops its services.
Compassionate, resilient people who build trusted relationships, provide consistency and stability, encourage independence and create positive everyday experiences for the children in our homes.
Experience in trauma, emotional and behavioural difficulties, mental health, psychology, therapeutic intervention or positive behaviour support, bringing added expertise to our multidisciplinary approach.
More than a job
Working in residential childcare comes with significant responsibility — it also provides the opportunity to have a lasting impact on a young person's life.
At WIN Care, we want our team members to feel supported, respected and valued. We are creating a culture where good work is recognised, professional opinions are heard and ambitious people have the opportunity to progress.
Providing the homes, care and opportunities that children deserve.
